Dear Parents,
As you are aware from the media and previous literature the budget cuts in education are seriously going to impinge on our schools, in particular all of the schools in North County Dublin
as we have expanded so much recently and have acquired
many Language Support Teachers who are now at risk of
being withdrawn.

As and from January 09 there will be no subsititute cover
available to schools for uncertified sick leave.
This will result in children being supervised as opposed
to being taught.

A meeting has been arranged for Monday 1st December at
7pm in the Community Centre. All local representatives have
been invited as have all schools in the area. We are appealing
to you to support your school community for the sake of all
our children by attending this meeting.
